We also need to know the exact name, as it appears on your credit card, and the complete billing address. Orders can only be shipped to the billing address provided. If the billing address can not be verified by the credit card company your order may be cancelled.

After we have received all the required information, we will calculate the shipping cost using USPS (United States Postal Service). At this point, we will e-mail you with the shipping cost in US dollars.

If you want to proceed with the order, we will then need your credit card information (type of credit card, credit card number and expiration date). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can either e-mail the above information or call us at 866-649-7463 between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 EST (Eastern Standard Time). Once your order has been completed you will receive an email from the USPS providing you with the tracking information.

The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and/or custom fees that may be payable at the time of delivery. If a package is refused or undeliverable the customer will be responsible for the return delivery charges and shipping fees are not refundable.
