Groove Shoes was founded in May of 2004 by Leo Capulong.
The name Groove Shoes came as an inspiration of combining
Leo’s passion for music and the pop culture
that surrounds us all. Based in Orange County, California,
Groove Shoes provides fashion and fun to juniors and
women all over.
Groove Shoes believes in creating genuine relationships
within the company and with its clientele. Groove’s
