Cindy and her husband David opened their first shoe store in spring of 1976. By the time they sold the business in 1977, they had a very large chain of shoe stores in the West Coast. As the creator and force behind the product development, Cindy always dreamed of designing her own line of shoes, Cindy Says Shoes. With over 25 years of experience in the shoe business, Cindy pursued her dream and delivered the very first pair of Cindy Says Shoes to the market place in fall of 2004.
Whimsical, sophisticated footwear that is not only cutting edge, but incredibly wearable, continues to be the trademark of Cindy Says Shoes. Fashion should be fun, easy to wear, put a smile on a woman’s face and make her feel good. Since that very first of Cindy Says Shoes was delivered in the spring of 2005, the company has experienced rapid growth. Cindy attributed her success to teamwork and a strong support system of top notch factories in Italy and Brazil.
